Our unique performance is presented as part of the “Asheville Amadeus Festival” – a city-wide celebration of music and art presented by local artists and arts organizations. Tempus, our premiere vocal ensemble, performs works of Monteverdi, Daniel Elder, Ēriks Ešenvalds and Stacey Gibbs' exciting gospel arrangement of 'My God is a Rock.' These pieces are paired with Vivaldi’s Laudamus Te and a few of Mozart's bawdier drinking songs. Come share in a musical feast and “Forget the cares that bore us…” and let the ‘effects of great music’ lift you to that effervescent place!
